Envoy was introduced to the transaction by Freeths on the sell-side before working with Main Capital Partners and Geldards LLP to negotiate and place a buyer’s W&I policy with Optio.

Envoy Risk has advised Phoenix Equity Partners on its investment in Minerva Virtual Academy (MVA), the fastest growing school in the UK.

Since its launch in 2021, MVA has grown to service more than 1,500 students across 60 countries, delivering a flexible British curriculum education through its Virtual Learning Environment and live teacher-led lessons.

Envoy Risk has advised H2 Equity Partners (London) on its investment in KB Event, a specialist in event transport, storage and logistics.

Operating out of the UK and Ireland, KB Event supports concerts, world tours, festivals, exhibitions and corporate events with trucking, managed logistics, storage, project management and customs services.

Envoy Risk has advised Chiltern Capital-backed Kerr’s Tyres Group on its acquisition of Farmer Autocare, a leading automotive services business, operating 21 sites across Scotland.

The deal marks the start of an ambitious growth strategy, with plans to expand to 250 sites across the UK and Ireland over the next five years.

Envoy has advised Pivotal Growth on its acquisition of Believe Money Group, one of the UK’s largest technology-led mortgage brokers. The milestone deal is Pivotal’s twentieth and further strengthens its position as a leading consolidator in the UK mortgage sector.
