We were delighted to be the trusted representative of Duke Street on its acquisition of McAvoy from Blantyre Capital Limited.
McAvoy is one of the UK and Ireland’s market leaders in the manufacturing and rental of premium modular buildings for the health, education, pharmaceutical and commercial sectors.
Envoy worked with DLA Piper to negotiate and place a buyer’s W&I policy on behalf of Duke Street with Ambridge Group.

Envoy has advised Pivotal Growth on its acquisition of Believe Money Group, one of the UK’s largest technology-led mortgage brokers. The milestone deal is Pivotal’s twentieth and further strengthens its position as a leading consolidator in the UK mortgage sector.
Envoy worked with DWF to negotiate and place a buyer’s W&I policy with Markel International.

Envoy advised PE-backed Logicbroker – whose intelligent network powers some of the world’s largest retailers – on its acquisition of Virtualstock, the UK-based online retail technology company.
Together, the two businesses will form one of the largest international dropship supplier networks with more than 15,000 retail and brand partners worldwide.
Envoy was introduced to the transaction on the sell-side by CMS UK and worked with Reed Smith to negotiate and place the buyer’s W&I policy with CFC on behalf of Logicbroker.
